Norman joined flaik having spent over 25 years in the consulting business including working as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an executive at IBM. Norman is member of the Executive Management Group and is responsible for flaik's global business operations, marketing and business development. Norman's experience encompasses strategy, planning, business development, organizational design, information technology in abroad range of industries.

Norman is a passionate, highly motivated individual with boundless energy for life and his family. Having lived in the UK, Asia and Australia he has always enjoyed a range of physical pursuits including water sports, mountaineering, climbing and and anything else that takes him outdoor.
