• Support using flaik™ technology to track winners and athletes. This real time solution improves the experience for participants and makes event management easy for the resort and event organizers.
• Total reporting solution for events including leader boards and sample reports for each event as mutually agreed and outlined.
• Branding and promotion of event(s) on the flaik™ web site, press campaigns and in the media.
• Staff and support on the event day to assist in coordinating promotion in advance of the event.
• A full time events coordinator to work with the event team, and resort staff, to ensure a quality event all stakeholders are proud to be a part of.
• Online result posting so participants can log on and view the day's events, best times and share the day with friends and family. Enable sharing through various social media sites like My Space. Facebook and YouTube creating a viral marketing opportunity for event partners.

flaik™ Events has been used for the following events:

• Helly Hansen Big Mountain Battle last year at Sun Peaks Resort, Stevens Pass, Smugglers Notch, Squaw Valley and Aspen Highlands. This series will expand to 8 resorts for the 2009.10 winter season. All mountain rally format that included check points and a stage such as a hike that was timed with a stage winner for the fastest hike. Demonstrated and implemented a penalty feature if contestants went too fast, or missed checkpoints to be eligible to win.
• Hope on the Slopes - Breckenridge, CO. This event raises money with a pledge vertical challenge for the Cancer Society. flaik™ enabled the event to quantify winners at post event party and teams ranking as well as post immediately the results and dollars raised for the organization. In the past it would take days for the results to be tabulated and announces.
• Copper Mountain introduced a midweek scavenger hunt with a media sponsor that included on mountain promotion, advance registration and prizes and even a party at day's end. This format will be the basis for an ongoing event series.

fliak™ Events will support the following types of events this year:
